Pre basic training

The Army PFT standards are made into three category. The push ups, the sit ups and the timed 2 mile run.
For my age to max out the pt test i need  to do 71 push ups,78 sit ups, and run the timed 2 miles in 13 mins.
I have never been timed so i don't know my score but as of right now i can do 37 push ups max, 25 sit up and run a mile in 8:30.
To pass basic training you need to run 2 miles in 16:36, 47 sit ups and 35 push ups.so i'm not to bad off.
I'm now starting a new intense training witch will last 7 weeks.
Monday-run 2 miles, gym, and situps 5 sets of 25 with 1 1/2 min rest.
Tuesdays- sprints 30/60 4 sets, push ups 30 reps 10 sets with 2 min rest and one max.
Wednesday-run 1.5 miles, leg raises 100 reps, push ups 50 reps with 10 reps 5 sets with 10 sec rest.
Thrusday-i have future soldier training, and after that i hit the gym
Friday- sprints 30/60 4 sets, push ups 30 reps with 10 sets. and 100 reps of leg raises.
Saturday- run 2 miles in under 18 mins, push ups 30 reps with 3 sets with 5 sec rest.
Sunday- rest.
Every week i increase the push ups and sit ups by 5 and the running sets by 1. and the mile by 1/4 of a mile.
at the end of this training i should be at 65 push ups, 55 sit ups, and run 2 miles in 15 mins.
Edit: I found out if you run every day on concrete its bad for you so limit the running to 4 times a weeks max.
